Strategic Progress, LLC, Paula Cassino, Project Manager and Lead Writer

Paula Cassino is an experienced project manager and lead writer with over a decade of experience supporting public agencies and nonprofit organizations through her work with Strategic Progress, LLC. In her role, she provides technical and grant writing, research, copyediting, and project management across a diverse portfolio of clients and initiatives. Her expertise spans grant research and alignment, proposal development, and post-award reporting as needed for private, local, state, and federal funding opportunities, and technical writing projects such as annual reports and needs assessments.

Paula holds a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience and Behavior from Mount Holyoke College, where she was a Frances Perkins Scholar. She previously worked at Bank of America, where she served as a Relationship Manager in the Precious Metals Division, overseeing client relationships, and later as a Senior Analyst in the Human Resources Division.
