The Pentagon Office of Warrior and Family Support works to build public awareness of the value and needs of our military family. They connect and assist communities in developing and supporting collaborative efforts that assist our families' reintegration. The Office worked with the Nevada Community Foundation and the State of Nevada early on our the process as we worked to design an asset based systems change approach to addressing veteran challenges. Their brief, the Sea of Goodwill, is a critical component of the larger veterans conversation as communities across the country work to engage philanthropists, business and policy makers in the effort to "get things right" for veterans and their families.
